We helped AEGON Investment Savings (ASB) create a soul for the brand. For some this might sound rather vague, but internal and external criticism had destroyed the soul of the organization. A series of short but intensive brand sessions and an analysis of all the research that had been carried out enabled us to rediscover this soul.
In a clear and concise report, we described how ASB could best serve its target market and the ideal route to follow to achieve this. By recreating a belief in the company and providing a clear roadmap, we were able to convince the AEGON board to follow this path. AEGON Bank is now rebuilding the business with renewed energy and vitality.
